What It Helps Us To Know

We have been running auctions out of Clovis since 1957, and three generations of this family have learned the job the same way — by listening to the people who hired us. Every note that comes through this form is read. If something went well, it tells us what to keep doing. If something went wrong, it tells us what to fix before the next sale.

You do not need to write much. A few lines are plenty. If you are not sure where to start, these are the things we find most useful:

  • Which auction it was — the date, the family name, or the town it was held in.
  • Whether you were buying or selling. The two sides of a sale see very different days.
  • How the lead-up went — setting a date, the appraisal, how clearly we explained what would happen.
  • How auction day itself went — the setup, the bidding, checkout and payment.
  • How the property was left afterwards. Clearing the place is part of the job, and we want to know if we fell short of that.
  • Anything a member of our crew did that you want us to hear about, good or bad.

If Something Went Wrong

Tell us plainly. Most of our work comes at a hard time for a family — settling an estate, or closing a business someone spent their life on — and we would far rather hear a complaint directly than have you carry it around. Leave a phone number in the form and we will call you back. If it is urgent, ring us on (575) 763-7311 and ask for Lynette.

Where Else You Can Say It

If you would rather leave something public, our Google Business Profile and our Facebook page are both good places, and a review there genuinely helps other families in eastern New Mexico decide who to call. You can read what people have already written on our reviews page, and you can find the rest of our listings on find us on the web.
